  3. We’ll then discuss how nutrition fits into your daily life and how to introduce or increase your intake of foods that are helpful for your blood sugar balance, while being truly enjoyable.

  4. Together we’ll identify realistic tweaks in your diet and lifestyle and I’ll help you implement them gradually.

Follow-up calls

After this initial conversation, we’ll speak on a weekly basis over five weeks. We’ll discuss what’s easy for you to implement, and what you’re finding challenging after all. We’ll review any improvement in how you feel to pin down the interventions that work for you, and we’ll adjust your personalised action plan as needed.
